Plot summary

The movie begins with Nilamber (Kader Khan) and Pitamber (Anupam Kher), two friends who are deaf and blind respectively. They run a grocery store in Mumbai with the help of their loyal employee, Munna (Rakesh Bedi). One day, a man named Raja (Sheeba) comes to their store to buy some items. He is actually an undercover police officer who is on a mission to catch a notorious gangster named Tejpal (Sadashiv Amrapurkar). Tejpal has stolen some diamonds from a jeweler and hidden them in a packet of biscuits. He sends his henchman, Chikna (Razak Khan), to retrieve them from Raja's store. However, Chikna gets into a fight with Raja and ends up killing him. He also shoots Munna in the leg and escapes with the biscuits.

Nilamber and Pitamber are unaware of what has happened in their store. They think that Raja is sleeping on the floor and Munna is playing dead.
